  1. Students have access to WebEx and can host meetings only in their personal room (via Meeting Center) via
  2. Students can host a meeting for up to 8 participants 
  3. If Graduate Teaching Assistants or Research Assistants need to host Training Center, Meeting Center or other WebEx meetings for more than 8 participants, they will need to be "sponsored" by a faculty or staff member. Please complete this form
  4. Students can host meetings using the VoIP (voice over Internet Protocol) option only. 
  5. Students cannot host a meeting in Canvas (
