Once your storage limit has been met or exceeded in WebEx you will receive the WebEx Recorder Error below:

  1. Login to WebEx
  2. Click on Recordings
  3. Find the recording(s) you want to delete
  4. Check the box(es) on the left for the recording(s) you would like to delete
  5. Click the Delete button
  6. You will be given a notification
    delete notification
  7. Click Delete to delete the recording(s)
  8. Your deleted recordings will be available to recover from your trash for 30 days

At this point, the recordings will still be taking up space in your allowed WebEx storage. To permanently delete, follow the steps below.

  1. To permanently delete them, freeing up space, go back to the main Recordings tab
  2. In the dropdown menu, select Deleted
  3. In the upper right, click the Delete All  button
  4. In the confirmation box, click Delete All to confirm
