Once your storage limit has been met or exceeded in WebEx you will receive the WebEx Recorder Error below:

  1. Login to WebEx
  2. Click on My WebEx > My Files > My Recordings
  3. Click on the corresponding center in which you have recordings

  4. Click on the ellipsis drop down menu, then click Delete
  5. The popup asking Do you want to delete the recording? is displayed. Click OK
  6. Click Deleted Recordings
  7. Click Empty Trash

  8. Click OK
  9. Your personal storage availability will now increase
