These instructions describe the manual process for transferring individual quizzes from Respondus 4.0 to Canvas via the QTI XML file type. The IMS QTI (Question and Test Interoperability) standard, allows questions to be imported or exported to other QTI-compliant programs, such as Canvas. When you are ready to import your quiz from Respondus into your Canvas course using the QTI Personality option, you will need to publish the quiz using a QTI zip file

Note

Make sure you have the most recent version of Respondus. To check for updates, open Respondus, go to Help, then Check for Update. If an update is available, you will be prompted to update. The most current version is Respondus 4.0.6.00, May 31, 2016
