Note

If you need to install Citrix on your University computer, view the instructions here.

If you are not printing or accessing University network drives (H:, J:, S:), the Citrix Workspace does not need to be downloaded. Citrix can be accessed through a browser by going to citrix.uncc.edu

Windows ComputerMac Computer
  1. Go to software.uncc.edu and log in using your NinerNET credentials
  2. Click on the Personally-owned Computer
  3. Click on Citrix Workspaces

  4. Click on Windows to download the Citrix installation file
  5. Open the downloaded Citrix file to begin the installation wizard
  6. If prompted click More Info and click Run anyway

  7. Click Start and follow the wizard
  8. Click the checkbox to accept the agreement, click Next

  9. Click Next
  10. Click Install
  11. Click Add Account

  12. Enter citrix.uncc.edu and click Add

  13. Enter your NinerNET credentials and click Log On
  1. Go to software.uncc.edu and log in using your NinerNET credentials
  2. Click on the Personally-owned Computer
  3. Click on Citrix Workspace

  4. Click on Mac to download the Citrix installation file
  5. Open the file when the download is complete and double click the Install icon

  6. Follow the wizard until the installation is complete
  7. To access Citrix launch the Citrix Workspace application
  8. Click Set Up Account

  9. Enter citrix.uncc.edu and click Add

  10. Enter your NinerNet credentials and click Log On twice
