Adobe has changed the way it does it's licensing. Adobe now needs everyone to "sign-up" for a license.
These changes were implemented on August 8, 2019.

  1. Sign up for a university Adobe account before using the software - use your username@uncc.edu address not your email alias (FirstLast@uncc.edu).
    1. Go to adobe.uncc.edu and sign-up. See this FAQ for more details.
    2. If it says you already have an account - great!
  2. Launch Adobe Acrobat DC and sign in using the "Sign in with an Enterprise ID" option.
    1. Enter your username@uncc.edu in the email address and hit Tab.
    2. You should be prompted to login using the standard UNC Charlotte single sign-on page.
    3. If it looks like you are already logged in, choose the option to use a different ID (we want to make sure you are using the university license)
  3. If you have any problems, contact the IT Service Desk, 704-687-5500 or help.uncc.edu.
