Once you have been given access to contribute articles, follow these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. In the top right corner, click on the Log In button
  3. Enter your NinerNET credentials
  4. Click the Spaces tab in the top left and select FAQ - Draft Content

    1. If this is your first time, the space will not be listed; click Space Directory and select the FAQ - Draft Content space
  5. Click the triple dot beside the Create button to choose the template

    1. Clicking the Create button first just brings a blank article and we don't want that
  6. Scroll to the bottom and select the UNCC - Article template
  7. Click Create
  8. Enter the title of the article where it says Page title
    1. The title should be in the form of a question.  Refer to the tips built into the template
  9. Type relevant information into the template and follow the built in template instructions to ensure formatting
  10. Click the Location option at the top, beside the page title (it has a 3 square icon next to it)
  11. Enter the correct parent page in the New parent page field (the space should be FAQ - Draft Content)
    1. As you type, the option should be displayed on it when it appears
    2. The parent page should be a Topic or Subtopic that's already been created
  12. Double-click the Content by Label box immediately below the Related FAQs section
  13. Enter the appropriate Label for the article; be sure to delete the default help label
    1. You can simply type the label
    2. Click the Save button when done
  14. When finished, click Save
  15. To create another article, repeat steps 5-10 again
  16. When you're finished creating articles, click on the person in the top right and select Log Out
  17. Notify the approver that you have submitted content to be reviewed
  18. The designated approver for your area will then review the article and publish to the public FAQ space
