Initialize Account

Faculty can create Canvas assignments to support Adobe Spark projects but must first initialize their Adobe Account with NinerNET

  1. Log into Canvas (https://canvas.uncc.edu)
  2. Go to your course and create a new Assignment (+ Assignment)
    New Canvas Assignment
  3. Enter the assignment details (name, instructions, grade, etc)
  4. To have students submit the assignment back into Canvas, click Submission Type option
  5. Within Submission Type drop-down box, choose Online (Text Entry and/or Website URL)
  6. Use Online option (Text Entry and/or Website URL)
  7. Steps for Online submission type option: 
    1. Click Text Entry
    2. Click Website URL
      Choose Text Entry and Website URL submission types
  8. Choose the rest of options in the assignment (Assign dates, Points, Assignment Group, Display Grade as, Group Assignment, Peer Reviews, etc.)
  9. Click Save & Publish button
    Choose Save and Publish option
  10. The assignment is now ready
  11. Students will be able to submit their Adobe Spark Project using a URL or an Embed Code
    Submit Online Adobe Spark project
